In the heart of the Haut Marais and a stone's throw from rue de Bretagne, the Supernova restaurant offers authentic, modern and generous Italian cuisine. On the plate, a friendly and elaborate cuisine that brings together the best of Italian cuisine with products delivered daily to guarantee total freshness. The menu offers in particular a beautiful burrata with fresh summer truffles, Genoa panisses with parmesan cream, a tartare of red tuna avocado with citrus fruits and mint, octopus risotto, a fine selection of pasta and typical dishes Mediterranean as well as homemade desserts. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons. A fine selection of Italian wines and house cocktails is offered.
